"Check in was a bit confusing. We weren’t given clear direction of the actual building you were staying in or how to get into it. Additionally, they were stairs to get up to our unit which we weren’t aware of, and was difficult with our luggage. But the unit itself was absolutely beautiful and would recommend."

"A really excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. The room was large as was the bathroom and it was a quiet building as well, very well insulated. The first couple of nights it was very hot and it was nice that the room had air-conditioning. I do feel that the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was,...

"Location very good - Max at front desk was welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend Seespitz as a place to stay in Herrsching. "

"We had a wonderful stay here with our dog. We were warmly welcomed during check in and the receptionist went out of her way to explain us everything and make sure our dog felt welcome as well. The dog basket, treats and bowls already placed in our room were also such a nice touch! She even was allowed to come with us to breakfast and a table was reserved away from the buffet so other guests weren’t inconvenienced. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Starnberger See."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romantik Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal and there were also other places very close by. From the hotel, we were able to hike around the area, including a trek up to the Andechs brewery, through a beautiful, wooden area and over to the lake. We loved the hotel and the town. "

"Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag könnte man vielleicht ein Ersatz-Ladekabel für E-Autos an der Rezeption haben."

"Not a lot of hotel options in the area. The hotel is dated and no front desk service after 6pm so don’t lose your key! The Hotel is in a great location in a wonderful town on a lake. The price good too. If your going to Amersee and Herrshing this is a perfect location with a good enough room. It’s not bad in anyway just not a big city Hotel with amenities. A country hotel located in the best part of the country town on the lake. We would stay there again for sure!"
