"Rooms were clean, great location. Parking is in parking garage close by and included in the cost. The most frustrating thing was they don't make people promptly return their luggage carts. The system is that you check in, unload vehicle at the entry, put it onto a cart, take things to your room, then return your cart, move your vehicle and finally go park in the garage. So frustrating to wait and wait while they look for carts and text guests. There's got to be a more efficient way. Have people sign them out, fine them if the cart is not returned promptly etc. Hilton has figured out how to make millions and millions of dollars her can't figure out how to keep track of their carts??? "

"Only complait would be that the hardwood floors had a little more sand on them then you would think there'd be if it was swept well. Otherwise, clean place, comfy bed, right on the beach. Would go back again in the future."

"Newer hotel. Modern. However during our 4 day 3 night stay we did not get housekeeping at all. Our garbage was overflowing and the room wasn't fully stocked. Only 1 mug, a bar of soap. Had to go to front desk to get body lotion and a shower cap Breakfast was okay. If you wanted a cup of coffee during the day you had to pay for it. Unreal! Also valet parking so beware. I was supposed to get a checkout receipt emailed to me. Didn't. I called 3 times to get a receipt but none has ever arrived. Good location on the beach Overpriced for the service."

"Room was not bad, the refrigerator wasn’t working all my food went in the garbage but was refunded. The microwave was rusty when I asked the maintenance guy. He said we always get complaints about it, but they never fixed the issue. The staff was nice. I had a nice beach view balcony. Def will not go back especially with kids. Neighborhood not safe. "

"We stayed on the second floor room 214 where they was having a party next door the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep… I called the front desk from 10:15 to 10:45 to complain and no one answered"
