"We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany. "

Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?"

"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"

"Achtung! Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Der Fairness halber das Positive vorweg: die Lage ist malerisch, die Zimmer relativ frisch renoviert. Das Personal und die Behandlung können allerdings nur als Zumutung beschrieben werden. Wir wurden von einem älteren Herren nicht etwa freundlich begrüßt, sondern nur lakonisch gefragt, „ob wir die Expedia-Leute“ seien. . Der zweite Satz: Wir hätten viel zu wenig bezahlt - 80 Euro - und wir bekämen kein Frühstück (obwohl wir noch gar nicht danach gefragt...
