There were several issues brought up upon arrival. The room itself had peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture, and the bedding did not feel clean. The television in the room did not function with most channels not working and no internet connection which meant we couldn't even connect our own devices to watch shows at...

"The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I didn't like that the property is divided by a road running between the two sections. Because I was on the side without the amenities, I had to cross over to get to breakfast or the fitness room. Another issue I had was with the housekeeping—one day they didn't clean my room at all. That has literally never happened to me at any hotel in my entire life"
