"Checking in we were greeted by a group of oilfield workers hanging around the front door and not letting you in. The initial receptionist was friendly, but she was the only one. There was a clerk in training, but they were left alone. When we got to the room the furniture was old, torn and uncomfortable. The desk chair was wobbly. The bedspread had black marks and makeup (I hope) on it. The thermostat was hard to figure out. We had to leave it on 77 to 78 which would freeze you or burn up depending on the minute. The bathroom had hair everywhere. When you used the water in the sink, the cold water came out super hot and you had to wait until it got cold. I know hotels are not the most quiet rooms, but you could hear people changing their minds. This is the second time we have tried this hotel and it will be our last for sure."

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times for softball tournaments. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the softball fields. The rooms are clean and also have a fresh clean smell to them. The shower was very clean no mold or dirty stains. Carpets are clean, the beds were clean and comfortable. We were told the owner is remodeling the rooms, but we didn't think the hotel is outdated in the least bit. The area is quite. Plenty of parking and we felt safe leaving our softball equipment in the back of the truck. The only thing we hoped for is a little bit more of a selection on breakfast. They have a waffle maker amd toaster. We did have but 2 disposable cereal in the bowl. And maybe couple of fruits out for us to choose from. The staff sprays the waffle maker once so if used more than once the waffles get stuck in the waffle maker. So I spent most of my time scrapping the waffle off the waffle maker. It would help leaving the spray for use after each use. Sunday we went to Deny's down the road for breakfast. We would continue to stay here when we travel to New Mexico and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends."

"Manager was nice and super understanding when we asked to change rooms from a noisy neighbor. The second floor balcony was so warped and felt like you would fall through. Some of the wood bent and you could see where they just patched previous holes. The towels were all a gross yellow color and not white at all. The cleaning lady kept walking into our room 5x!!!! Never knocked. Finally the 5th time my partner and I were in the middle of….activities……and she just opens the door and make direct eye contact with me and then shuts it and leaves. No knocking. When confronted she said she didn’t know English. We requested a refund at one point bc we were over the entire place with everything that was wrong and got denied. We left a whole day early bc they were going to charge me anyway. I want my money back not going to lie. "
