Hoa Hai Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Amazing staff but it would have been better if staff speaks english. It seems like they don’t understand what we are talking most of the times. Despite of that, staff are very friendly.

Everything was perfect, awesome place

Awesome room and amenities, with a wonderful seaside view. Could be a 5* experience with just a bit of staff training and focus. Check in boss was amazing and should be in charge of training and re-focusing on guests....he was absolutely exemplary! This hotel has everything going for it, with so little tweaking to make it five star daily. Trash bins at elevators and ash trays outside frequently overflowing with staff standing idle. Rooftop bar employees were all exceptional....as if they were employed at a different hotel. Their cleanliness standards were much higher than the front of the house staff and you could feel a sense of pride in presenting a nice place for guests to enjoy! Again, overall stay was awesome, but the people out front and in the lobby should refocus on guests and put their phones down.

The room I stayed in was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool offered a panoramic view of the city that was gorgeous at night when the city lights came on. Would absolutely recommend people stay and will be staying again when in Da Nang

Ideal location and just a couple minutes away from Hoi An Old Town and steps away from all good eats. Will be back again for our next trip to Hoi An. The staff provided outstanding services bar none. Definite recommend to stay at this place when you’re in Hoi An.
