"Room is very big, but quite old.
Location is a bit far from Subway Station and downtown, but can walk in 10 mins.
Airprot Shuttle Bus Stop is in front of the hotel which is most convenient.
We stay in May, staff told us that hotel has no Air-Con service at that time, because it's not in summer.
But the room was very hot, although we open the window, no any cold wind come through."
"We had an excellent experience staying at the Sapporo Excel Hotel. The location is great and close to the train station although we drive. We booked for a double bed and the space is so huge compare to standard hotel in Japan. Staff are really friendly and helpful with a great support. "
"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "
