"Room cleaned every other day, however this was not stated at check-in. Onsite Starbucks coffee had limited operating hours, opening at 6:30a and closing at 9:30a. Shower had 4 obviously long stands of hair in/around it. Lobby was extremely cold over all 6 days if our stay, and the condensation from the ceiling air vents in the lobby had water dripping from them on one day."

"Nice and spacious rooms."

"The location, tiki bar, beach access were excellent. Rooms a bit noisy, loud pipes, very slow elevator. Watch the bill when checking g out but team was very responsive to mistakes. Over all we would stay again because of the first sentence"

"Good area and very close to the beach!"

"smell bad the area"

"Nice property. Good size rooms, clean and bathrooms were beautiful. Plenty of space and very functional. Right on the beach so easy access did nice long walks and ocean swimming. Would highly recommend!"

"Pool was cold ,The tiki bar closed ,room was dirty"

"We had some problems with our room which they did try to fix. It was just not a 5 star hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was very nice. The only gripe I have is that there was no ventilation system in the bathroom to keep the steam down when taking a shower. The vending machine took the change I put into it and I let the front desk staff know and also emailed the company but that is probably a loss. Overall, it was a nice place to stay"

"Very clean room. Beach was very close. Nearby restaurants. Becky was nice and check-in process was smooth."

"The young lady that checks you in at the front desk was amazing and it was a young lady named Sarah that was amazing too really good staff very clean property"

"The room was very clean. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. They are pet friendly which was good for us. Everything went well. Would stay again."
