"Walls thin. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone. Wasn’t given the room I reserved. Rooms don’t have their own individual iron board or iron. Good luck if you need to iron your cloths."

"The staff were wonderful - kind, friendly, and helpful - but the facility itself is pretty run down. Only one functioning elevator and it's very slow. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked horribly. The wifi didn't work, which meant the TV didn't work, despite the staff trying to fix it (it was fixed for about an hour and then the wifi went out again, and none of my other devices could connect either). Everything was clean but it's run down so the ceiling ends bathtub were stained, towels were fraying. You could hear everything from the room next door which was really awkward at times. AC never really got cool and the room fridge wasn't cold enough to even chill a drink left in there overnight. Again, staff were excellent, but not the most comfortable place to stay."

"Staff was friendly. Room smelled Like old cigarettes and I had trouble sleeping due to it. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but old and run down. "

"I selected the sweetheart room when i booked the stay but only got butterflies on the wall. It was okay. The room was clean and the staff came right over to fix the television. I didn't get to use the hot tub or the fireplace. "
