"The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff was was amazing 👏. My biggest issue was the size of the room. The rooms are 90 Squar feet . My closet is bigger than that. My first night in that room in a full-size bed was miserable. We ended up ordering an Airbnb 1 mile away . Since we where not able to get a refund we came back and used it amenities. The staff was super nice ."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the Historic Center on foot. Breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well. The only downside was that the area can be a bit noisy at times due to the central location, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return."

"We prepaid for our hotel room through Expedia. Arrived a day late because our connecting flight was canceled. They told us because we came late they had given our room away! Even though we prepaid! Finally they found us a room but it only had one bed plus a super lumpy, threadbare pullout couch (not the 2 bed junior suite we paid for.)"

"This was the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, bed, shower were all great. The location was excellent. The breakfast was buffet but you could get a cooked breakfast as well with an amazing view of the square. This includes a free walking tour through Mexico City’s Historical district . During the day and night, the cafe by the front desk offered free beer, tea, coffee along with snacks chips, soup and pizza. I had dinner at the restaurant very good but a bit pricey."
