"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. "Amazing stay stuff were really friendly. Big thank you to Shaun and Mario who were at the front desk."

"The property was spotless, clean, the bed and open area spacious, but the bathroom, especially the bath area, was not big enough to move around. The room temperature was colder at night. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices; the gym space is small and lacks enough equipment. Most importantly, it is a nice place to get a quiet, relaxing break, and I would recommend it to loved ones and friends for a good staycation. Also staff were friendly and consider coming back in future."

"Hotel from hell, all Night and all morning mysterious banging from all parts of hotel. Creaking banging all hours of the night. Couldn’t sleep"

"Great location to central Bath. Friendly accommodating staff and a comfortable room. Not a bad walk from the train station"

"The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."

"Staffs was so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and quiet. Convenient to go to the landmark. "

"Really nice property in quiet location. Food was great"
