Eclectic clean hotel

Had a fantastic stay here. Situated right by the train station. Friendly staff throughout and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast in the mornings too.

Clean, charming, picturesque, central, recommended

I like Hinterzarten very much. The atmosphere, the quiet, the view, the clean air, the people. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great time. The room and the hotel are very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room is very large and has a balcony, towels are changed every day, and the staff was lovely and great. On the last day we had to leave for the airport at 6.30 in the morning and the kitchen staff prepared us a very tasty lunch bag containing: slices with yellow cheese, lots of fruit, hard-boiled eggs, juice, vegan cookies (some of us are vegan), bread and vegan spreads. Just adorable! The only criticism I have is that the hotel is a bit outdated, including the bathroom. But on the other hand - this is also his charm! So it didn't bother us and we loved it very much. Again, the staff are lovely and helped us with everything. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist sehr laut, morgens at 6h kommen Lieferungen an. Und die Zimmer zur Straße sind bis in den spáten Abend laut, weil sich immer wieder Gáste und Passanten laut an der Strasse unterhalten. Mit offenem Fenster ist da nicht einzuschlafen weil es auch sehr vor dem Hotel hallt. Der Teppichboden ist sehr abgenutzt und das ganze Hotel riecht sehr nach Rauch, Essen und einfach ungelüftet. Wir hatten auch noch den hohen Flokatiteppich im Zimmer, der unten im Frühstückszimmer ebenfalls liegt! Das ist in einem Hotelzimmer echt eine Zumutung, weil man das doch gar nicht ordentlich sauber halten kann. Management ist sehr unfreundlich, was sich leider auch teilweise auf das restliche Personal auswirkt. Wir waren sehr froh, als wir das Hotel wieder verlassen konnten und würden unter keinen Umständen wiederkommen. Wir reisen sehr viel und gerne, aber dieses Hotel kann man wirklich nicht empfehlen.

E' il tipico hotel di stile Foreste Nera, dall'architettura esterna alla cura degli interni che rimandano alla tradizione di questa parte della Germania. In più c'è una grande efficienza moderna fatta di servizi, appliances utili, internet efficiente e tanti altri dettagli che non ti fanno sentire fuori dal mondo. Infine la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria, grazie anche al pass turistico, consentono di muoversi in tutta la regione senza alcun costo e accedere ad altre facilities locali

Wir waren 5 Tage zum Wandern im Schwarzwaldhof. Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt mitten in Hinterzarten direkt am Bahnhof. Am Tag ist Hinterzarten ein lebhafter Ort, bei Nacht ist es total ruhig. Wir hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit Balkon zur Straße, die nicht gestört hat. Die Möblierung war modern und zeitgemäß, das Bad hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Die Gasträume sind sehr schön, die Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück vom Buffet mit vielen leckeren Sachen. Eierspeisen können nach Wahl bestellt werden. Wir haben zweimal auf der Terrasse zu Abend gegessen, das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich, der Getränkeservice könnte noch optimiert werden. Wir würden das Hotel bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Hinterzarten wieder buchen.

Ett strålande familjärt och trivsamt hotell

Ett alldeles utmärkt hotell med restaurang, centralt beläget i Hinterzarten. Vänligt bemötande av samtlig personal som gav en familjär inramning och känsla av att var välkommen! Underbart rum som var välstädat och ett badrum med alla faciliteter. Väl tilltagen frukost, där allt fanns med. Vi åt även på både uteserveringen och inne på restaurangen, där båda var mycket tillfredställande och uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Ett hotell att återkomma till!

Tradition och stil lönar sig!

Varmt och välkomnande hotell med skön traditionell hotellkänsla. Mycket bra rum med en balkong. Uteservering och restaurant med mycket bra mat och dryck. Ett hotell man gärna återvänder till.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel! Familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr sauber, Empfang herzlich und unkompliziert. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum - inklusive "laktose- und glutenfreie Ecke", ohne dass man da x-mal speziell nachfragen müsste. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal; wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Küche; Reservierung für abends tatsächlich empfehlenswert, da auch unter der Woche gut besucht. Frühstücksauswahl reichhaltig und hochwertig; sehr schön angerichtet; alles in kleinen Gläschen und sämtliche Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten werden berücksichtigt. Und es gibt hier noch frische Brötchen (keine Aufbackware!). Rühreier mit Speck können frisch zubereitet bestellt werden.

Chambre propre spacieuse. Dommage pas de programme en français à la télévision. Bon petit-déjeuner, personnel sympathique. Point négatif : le restaurant; carte uniquement en allemand. Accueil déplorable. Finalement au bout de 30 minutes d'attente sans que quelqu'un vienne prendre la commande nous sommes partis manger ailleurs.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Gute Betten. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gaststube ist ein Bijou! Essen sehr gut und preiswert. Das Morgenessen ist einmalig! Fehlt an nichts. Wir werden wieder kommen.
