I was workng full time througout my stay and returned each day to have my room key deactivated. The mgmt approached me on my 7th day in the room out of 10 days to require a fee for the ''pet room" i contacted Expedia, then was denied access to my room by the manager AND BEGAN YELLING THAT I DIDNT PAY HM FOR THE ROOM unless i paid the fee. Expedia agent
AARON assisted me with the fact that I was not in a different room and the fee requested was not outlined in the res details as even a possibility. The mgmt finally relented, and agreed to honor the reservation, and return my key, and on he next day, my key would not work and the staff wouldnt allow me access to the room due not beig paid the fee. I insisted this ws resolved and she gave me a workng key after calling the mgmt,and wa rude and stated that it DIDN'T MATTER WHAT THE MANAGER DISCUSSED WITH EXPEDIA OR WHAT WAS SAID BY EXPEDIA I STILL HAD TO PAY THE FEE....AND THAT I WOULD PAY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. THEN, she told me they wouldnt be extending my stay....i didn't know why, because i didnt want that anyway afte this attempt to scam and extort more money from me.
I strongly suggest that it is made clear that there is NO CONCEPT OF SERVICE OR COURTESY AT THS LOCATION AND IN FACT EXPECT CHARGES FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT USE or Request. Not to mention they badmouthed Expedia and claime that payment to Expedia was not eve received on time
