"Weird smells in the room and trash wasn’t taken out."

"There was roaches in the bathroom"

"It seems as if all they do is change towels and do the beds when the "cleaning staff" goes to the room. Doors, walls, and hair dryer were dirty (have pictures). Example, under the mirror you could see the stains left after people brushed their teeth. The round dot white foam stains. One of the green covers had a cigarette burn hole on it even though it was a non-smoking room. My daughter got bit by either bed bugs or a spider. "Great location for us as we had events at Millsaps. The inn was fantastic. The staff was so nice. Everywhere was clean. The bed was comfortable. AC worked great. The pantry was wonderful. Great cookies and a lemon poundcake. Will be back."

"Although the hotel itself is starting to show some ware, the cleaning staff keep everything spotless. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic but very nice to have a hot meal before starting the day. The hotel is busy and the property is safe, no problems. We were there for a week and would stay again."

"Clean"

"My goodness great stay! Loved this place and sleeping was very comfortable and cool."

"Nice hotel. Friendly staff."

"Clean rooms"

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, and stores/gas stations/food were close by. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The overall stay was good. The only issue was that the mini mart area inside the hotel ran out of bottled water."

"Lobby was pleasant as well as the front desk person. There was no ice machine on our floor. It would’ve been nice if the front desk person had let us know. The room was decent, standard features, carpet appeared to need cleaning."

"Haven’t stayed in a residence Inn in a long time and I will say everything was exceptional. Cleanliness the room layout the shower great job. Keep up the good work."
