She went on to tell me in passive aggressive, condesending behavior, that there is a bell on door and next time to use that instead of "clearing my throat"...she proceeded to tell me her name was Jaden. Furthermore, the room I felt was not in best condition. There was a hair in sink, bug on bed...Kudos for having Dish network though....would not recommend this hotel"
