Well maintained, clean, easy acsess to beach. Nice tennics and basketball courts, could even fish in retaining ponds. Would be nice if they would add some vending machines somewhere on the property.

It was great! Wish we had more time - you need at least a full week to enjoy all But the resort was perfect - clean and beds were comfortable… It felt safe. It was close to the ocean and the ocean was not crowded. I loved the lounge chairs in the water to lay out in - fun!! The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking:/

Would stay again.

The property is really good. Very close to the ocean (much closer than so many other HH condos). It was spacious and had everything we needed. That being said, units are somewhat dated. Appliances and furniture are newer, but units (at least ours) could stand to have a mild facelift (new trim, new interior doors, new base). These minor and inexpensive upgrades would vastly improve the appeal. Unit was clean with a couple exceptions. (The cleaning crew missed a couple spots on the bathroom floor (some random hairs). The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Meticulous landscaping and very clean. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was also very clean. Plenty of chairs and shade for those who want/need it. All in all, a very good stay.

The condo style brought great options for our family needs. We enjoyed the parks, grills, and spacious condo. The beaches were wonderful to walk to, with umbrellas and chairs for rent from the life guards. It was a little bit of a drive to things, but with a car rental you can make it to stores, groceries, food and coffee within 5-10 mins. A few things that could have been better; there were bikes for rent but only adult size. The basketball courts only allowed renting a ball until 5pm, when we wanted to play in the evening when we were back at the condo. They advertise that the condos come with dishwashers, but only give one pod to wash dishes, so unless you want to buy your own, you don’t utilize the dishwasher. We also had called to see which condo we were getting in order to see if it came with chairs and/or umbrella, and they weren’t able to tell us where we would be. Small details that might make us try a different rental next time, but enjoyable nonetheless.

The units were very nice and clean with all the conveniences of home, even a crock pot! The exterior was run down and needed updated painting, structural updates, and exterior updates. Pool/hot tub were closed and we were not advised prior to our trip, which was a huge disappointment. Location was amazing, with easy access to the beach, great views of the ocean, and a huge pond for catch and release fishing. Parking was minimal and often we had to park far from the unit in the evenings. The location of the trash dumpsters was ridiculously far away. This is set up as a timeshare community and several flyers discussed owners meetings and get togethers.

I have visited and/or owned for the last 10 years. Great location & proximity to the beach. The cornhole game and volleyball nets are close by to this particular unit and can be noisy at times. Buildings are old but maintained well.

Pool was closed down 3 of the 5 days we were there. Showers hot/cold water were both backwards (we thought there was no hot water the first night because of this). Light switches / electrical were all weird. Flip switch you might get ceiling fan or light, flip it off and both might stay on?? We sent this info in a check-in review. No one bothered to do anything about it.

Spring break

We had a wonderful week with family. The view from our condo was amazing. Loved the location and how it is located right on the beach. The Kidde pool was a hit as well as the playground. Would definitely be back.
