It’s in a terrible part of town, there were people doing drugs on the balcony in adjacent rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot and the area asking for money. There were cars parked in the parking with people actively using heroin. The room itself was disgusting and filthy. Sheets that clearly had not been cleaned from the last guests. Garbage in the bathroom and room. The floors were sticky and dirty. It smelled like marijuana and stale cigarettes. Customer service was no help at all. I asked them to refund me the remainder of my stay so I could find another hotel and they denied my request so I lost my money. Expedia was no help either. They offered me an insulting $25 in one key cash. This is the 3rd time this year that Expedia has refused to help or assist me with my stay. I’m thinking of never booking through them again. "
