"The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. "The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "
"We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again. "
"We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. "
