"Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. "

"All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. "very relaxing Break "

"Room was clean. We had to open the window and leve it open all night as the room was hot, and we could not find how to turn down the heat. Food was excellent from our Dinner to the Breakfast the next morning."

"Just an overnight stay, but the room was amazing with the added bonus of aircon Lovely well looked after restaurant and rooms. Would definitely stay here again. "
