"The swim area was excellent, the service was excellent in the bar and restaurant areas. The rooms are very very outdated. The bathroom was not clean. We stayed for two nights and the first day we went out we returned to our room not being maid services we were told we had to request it and there is no one to clean our room now. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and modern, air-conditioning was nice. "The reception staff weren't overly friendly. Also I booked a table at the restaurant months ago for 5pm (I have a little one who normally eats at 4.30pm) to be told the restaurant doesn't even open until 5.30pm and they didn't have my booking. But we did get a table at 5.30. The food was poor, as was the service. The actual hotel room was fine. I thought the bathroom was grubby but it was actually just ring marks and staining in the bathroom. The pillows were way too soft and pushed down flat...
