"Rooms are awesome if you get the separate bedroom. Breakfast was above average and not crowded even though hotel was mostly full. Front desk was always on phone with family or someone and didn’t stop to even assist. Had to say excuse to get them to engage. Strange for sure."

"Everything was GREAT EXCEPT THE ELEVATORS. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT ABD WE WERE ON THE TOP CONCIERGE FLOOR. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL. We would not stay there again for this reason. Concierge offering and gentleman in charge 5-7 Pm was WONDERFUL!"
