Front desk service was very courteous. Nice and helpful. I was having trouble operating my TV. Mat in housekeeping was more than happy to come and help us and explain what that happened. The room was clean and comfortable.

Recommend Staying

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not a lot of extras like cups, phone, coffee pot or hair dryer. Overall, it was very nice for the price and I would stay again. The only downside was the construction guys in the surrounding rooms were extremely loud.

No way!!!!

I immediately checked out of this hotel.. the walk way was all broken up and patched up, the door to the room looked like it was kicked in and all taped, the room smelled musty, cigarette smells and I could not breathe in the room. The manager came to the room, argued with me and threatened to not refund my stay. I said I would despite the charges and I called Expedia…

Staff was friendly and check-in was easy but much needed to be appreciated. No ice or ice bucket. No room telephone. No coffee or tea or cups. Parking lot was a war zone. Many pot holes and broken up concrete.

Very unfriendly owners. Coffee machine in foyer looked unusable and door locked in the morning so how anyone was supposed to get coffee who knows. Cold shower in the morning. Room stank of cigarettes. Marks on the sheets and bed cover was filthy. General area outside of hotels was run down and overgrown.

At least the staff was friendly

The door didn't sit in the frame tightly. The lock took 20 minutes to get to work correctly. A giant spider was in the room, but we had no other hotel nearby to switch to. At least the staff was friendly.

I already completed a review last night. Very pleased with stay. Clean, bed and pillows better than some stays I'd had in downtown Chicago Londonhouse Hilton and Sheraton Myrtle Beach within past 3 weeks. Very clean as well.

Won't stay there again

Hotel was scary. People on gambling machines in the lobby. Aside from people that seemed to be living there the place seemed abandoned. A strange man followed our movements to our room that made us very uncomfortable. We felt unsafe. Had to walk down a dark alley around the back of the hotel to the room. Pool was filled in with gravel.
