"The microwave clock is so bright that it was hard to fall asleep. Got a room with broken in mattress and pillows were flat. Not all rooms are like this though and I usually stay here. Strongly ask for manager to offer Millikin University discount."

"Hotel is under renovations, which i can tell has made massive improvements to the property and they have a little to go to complete them. Service was very nice. Our completed room was flawless. The breakfast buffet was good...just wished the juice machine worked as they then only had water for the kids to drink. Overall considering renovations, was good and would stsy here again."

"I had to ring the bell two times to get someone to come to the front desk. In the room there was food in the fridge and microwave. There was stuff spilled all over the wall and the dresser. Bed was clean, bathroom was ok, and check out was easy"

The associate at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. The only thing of any note was the somewhat limited breakfast offering, but there is a Cracker Barrel immediately next door. "The room was nice and the food was amazing, breakfast was great as well. My only issue was I had booked a handicapped accessible bathroom and did not get one. They were not able to change up my room as they gave it to another person in our group that was not needing that type of room. "
