"I had booked a room in the Lodge but when I checked in I was “upgraded”. Instead of the room in the lodge I was given a two bedroom condo (trailhead 1 condo 307). The condo was dark, depressing, run down, had burned out light bulbs, dirty bathroom rugs and 3 non working tv sets. The “upgrade” was a joke. Do better Cascadia.
