"No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend.
Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing."

"Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours.
Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it.
Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff."

"Certain rooms are not well cleaned or maintained. The manager is never available. Dogs allowed off lead to defecate on the carpets in the hotel and I stepped in it and walked it into our room before I realised and Mo the assistant manager didn't believe me or didn't care . I felt that a Nigerian rugby team staying with them the same time was more importan & I was insignificant by comparison. I Wonder the response they would have gotten from management if one of the elite trod on dog poop inside...
