"We only stayed for a couple of hours while we waited for our bnb check-in, the room was lovely and we had an awesome view of the mountains. The lovely girl at reception was also very kind a helpful! Would stay here for longer next time."

"It was a great experience The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us. He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice"

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. "First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel...
