"Hotel um pouco afastado, uma grande propriedade adaptada com quartos muito bons, muito limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos, fácil de estacionar. Se tiver malas grandes e pesadas há certa dificuldade na entrada. O restaurante oferece pratos deliciosos e a atendente era de Portugal, foi uma delicia poder conversar com alguém tão gentil em português."
"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Germany. It's a beautiful palace, built for an actual queen. The rooms are all unique and well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large. Each room I've stayed in has a delightful large bathtub. Breakfast is delicious and served in an elegant dining room. Dinner in the restaurant is marvelous and also served in an elegant dining room or on the beautiful back terrace. The staff are efficient and friendly and knowledgeable and kind....
"I attended a schoolclass reunion and we had the Green Room available to us from 4pm to midnight. We were incredibly well looked after with coffee, cakes, drinks, dinner and drinks. We were able to see photos etc projected to a white wallchart.

"Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt reichlich Parkplätze, sodass die Anreise mit dem Auto völlig unkompliziert ist. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, umgeben von viel Grün und gepflegten Gartenanlagen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen"
"We have stayed at the hotel at least 6 times in recent years and this time we felt a radical change in the breakfast. The breakfast has become poor and many things that used to be there are missing. The Asian corner, smoked and pickled salmon, vegetables like radishes, a selection of cakes, all of these are no more and it is a shame and the price they ask for the meal is very high compared to what you get"
"500 Meter vom Bahnhof Kronberg gelegen, ist das Hotel zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und liegt nahe an der Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem ist es nachts absolut ruhig gewesen. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den familiären, freundlichen Service, bei dem ich mich als Gast sehr geschätzt gefühlt habe. "
"We stayed here for a night before we had to fly away after a 2 week vacation traveling around and visiting family in Germany. The hotel room was small but comfortable, dining services weren’t at the restaurant but still a small comfortable space with several options, and the staff were amazing . Would stay here again! "
