"The room was on ground floor, with a lot of noise of the students outside. I spotted 2 bugs in the room (kitchen and bathroom). The room quality was fine but these were the minuses. The people were lovely in the reception."

"Angenehmes Haus, ruhige Zimmer.

"No place to put clothes no refrigerator in room"

"The hotel should verify, before the arrival of the customer, that what the customer requested will be provided and that everything in the room is working properly.

"Air conditioning was not working properly and due to summer rooms get really hot. Staff were very helpful and location was well suited close to public transport. There were grocery store, cafe, and zoo."

"Very pleasant place to stay in Frankfurt"

"Lovely hotel , great staff and location .breakfast was well worth the money . Only problem was the rooms are sound proof"
