"We were so pleased about the quality of the hotel. As shown in the photos, it looks almost brand new facility. It was good for family trip but will be also great for a biz trip as the location not that far from the core downtown of London. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed 2 nights in the Wizards Chamber with my family of 5, the beds were so comfortable and no noise at night, it felt like the room was sound proof (it really helped us with our jet lag from CA), breakfast was great, staff was so so nice The only thing I could say negative is that the room for my family of 5 was a bit small but nothing that we couldn't manage, and that doesn’t change the fact that we would defiantly stay here again. (Again this is for the Wizards Chamber room)"

"I was really impressed with the hotel. Location was excellent, less than 5 minutes from Hammersmith tube, close to the Eventim Apollo. Lots of places to eat near by. There was a fridge in the room, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. Beds were quite hard but not as bad as some I have stayed in. We felt safe walking back late from our concert. I would stay here again. "

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."

"Compact but delightful room with a comfortable bed and a high view over West London. Great facilities including drinks making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge, coffee bags and in-room iron & board a made this stay wonderful. Perfect for my trip to Hammersmith Apollo, the venue was a short tube ride away. Shops and restaurants galore are on the doorstep in Shepherd's Bush. Can't wait to stay again."

"Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and had a small fridge, safe and a TV. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very compact, there was always hot water. Two towels were provided although each one not big enough to cover one’s òbody. Th e sun came in through the window in the mkt inv which w a good view of trees and the sun "
