The web site I used and email I got from hotels.com stated air-conditioning was included when it fact it was not and the room was 20% higher than quoted and pre-paid for. No toilet paper provided,. (We we left with 5 napkins for toilet) No room service, The sheets were never changed in my 10 day stay.. Front door lock sticks, it has taken me up to 5 minutes to open, even after a week. Needs a working key and lock. No shelves in closet. No where to put luggage. Blanket and sofa had small stain. The shower is the smallest I have ever been in, so small the shower curtain sticks to you. There is limited hot water. If other people in the building took a shower there were times no hot water.
The good side is the room is spacious with excellent view of water, probably the best view. Balcony and cloths drying rack a plus. Two sofa's for sitting or storing luggage a plus. Very nice Kithenate with mini oven and toaster a plus.
In conclusion I would not rent due to the dishonest management in charging for air-conditioning, there are much better values.

Parvekkeella kaksi kovaäänistä, vettävuotavaa ilmastointikonetta, homeelta haiseva suihku ja homeinen suihkuverho,hirveät ja epäkuntoiset hanat, kostea, kylmä, vetoinen, lämmittimet pitivät kovaa ääntä, sängyt olivat vanhat ja huonot, keittiö alkeellinen.Ei kahinkeitintä, mikroa ta hiustenkuivainta. Rikkinäisiä lamppuja, porraskäytävä epäsiisti, ulko- oven avain ei toiminut hyvin, majoituksesta ei merkintää talon ulkopuolella, puhelimeen ei vastattu, osoite oli googlemapsissä väärin merkitty, talon numeroa tai osoitetta ei ollut tiedoissa.
Fantastic views and position. The price was fantastic for three nights and the service was excellent if required. Good location and atmosphere in and around the area and we went away very happy. Would definitely go back again.
I booked a room for two nights, other wise staying up at the mountain area. I checked myself in around 4 pm, room was really hot, otherwise ok. When coming back from the walk and dinner, ithere were some ones else’s luggage’s in the room, mine were away. They explained with very unprofessional way, that by accident I got a wrong room. My things have been taken down to he shop. With very confusing way they tried to offer accommodation from some other place. They returned the payment, but money for not the issue. Finally I drove back up to mountain hotel. I hope all the best for their family business, but they can’t treat customers like cattle.
