Mala atención. Pudi un control y me dicen que si sirve, que mandarían a alguien a ayudarme, jamás llegó, pido una toalla y me la llevarían, jamás llegó. Tuve que ir a la recepción a cambiar un control de TV. Sean más atentos con el cliente si se comprometen a llevar las cosas, háganlo o entreguen en recepción para que no demos vueltas en vano!!

Televisor desactualizado (no smart) con servicio de Cable. El control del televisor no funcionaba. Instalaciones y muebles viejos. Aun asi el precio es bajo, y en relacion calidad precio es aceptable.

Bueno: Personal amable y cordial, me ayudaron con un early check-in, Habitación limpia, Hotel seguro, Privacidad respetada, Amenidades estándar correctas, muy cerca del Consulado. El buffet es rico y buena sazón. Área de mejora: Ninguno de los servicios en su página o Expedia funcionaba (Gimnasio, Alberca) que era una de las razones por la que lo escogí. No tienen caja fuerte. El internet es MUY malo, tuve que usar mis datos para poder trabajar. Muy ruidoso, se escuchan ruidos todo el tiempo y es difícil dormir.
