I'm sorry you thought the building was abandoned but the 3rd floor is currently undergoing renovation and that is why there is plastic and tape on the doors.

I am so sorry to hear that your room wasn't cleaned to your expectation. I have shared your comment with my housekeeping department to ensure these concerns get addressed. As for the soda machine, we use a 3rd party vending company and their machine was having an issue at the time during your stay. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

We are currently undergoing renovations, because yes we do need a face lift! As for security, all of our entryways are keyed access only unless it was braced open by another guest in which I apologize for if that was the case. I am pleased and warmed hearted that my staff treated you kindly! We appreciate the honest feedback!

I am so upset that this happened to you and left you with a bad experience at my property. I will hold a meeting with the staff to make sure everyone is on the same page. As for stains and burn holes, we are replacing all linen but that is no excuse and I understand that. I will take this review and make some changes so this doesn't happen again in the future. I apologize deeply for the unpleasant smoke smell. There wasn't much we could do until the guest who was smoking in the smoking area checked out, then they received charges for the damage. Also with you booking online, discounting couldn't be an option but if you would consider staying with us again, please contact me directly so I make up for the disturbances you experienced.

I understand you frustration on the whole situation. I am beyond apologetic that you have puffy eyes and dark circles in your daughter's wedding photos. I did however NOT forget about you. After we spoke, I saw you booked online and there was actually nothing I could have done modification wise, but please contact me directly when you are going to be in the area next and we will work this out! I appreciate you're understanding throughout this whole matter.
