"The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They actually had a nice breakfast and everything looked clean in the eating area."

"Everything was great"

"Was in Palm Desert for a friend's birthday celebration and stayed at Comfort Suites. Had a very nice, comfortable room with a king bed. Both the room and the hotel itself were clean and well-appointed with plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The room also had a sofa which I think had a pull-out bed but was still a nice touch. Nice sized bathroom with plenty of towels. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Although the hotel is right alongside the freeway, I didn't...

"This place was absolutely the worst stay ever. The room itself looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The toilet had blood stains on it it was crazy. When I arrived no security on site. As soon as o pulled into the parking lot some people were smoking and drinking on the staircase. They looked really sketchy. Just didn’t feel safe in this property."

"The unique about the room is that I did not see any thing to drink. No water bottles or something else and the information say what are incluyed but I was happy."

"Amazing experience"

"Clean room good breakfast. Place needs some shade for the pool area. Water was too hot to enjoy."
