"Room last time never got attended to and this time only once. TV is like my computer screen. I have to sit at the end of the bed to even watch it. TV’s don’t cost nothing and since this place is always booked, that’s the least upgrade you can do. I don’t even mind that it’s dated. #341 needs help. #305 was great besides no attention."

"Very disappointing. The hot tub/ whirlpool was empty & not working. Main doors to enter property did not work properly & handicap button did not work. Tub/shower water pressure not good & shower head was terrible. Also, the water would not drain properly so stood in water calf side until done. Sheets were clean but bed was too soft & too low to ground. Had to sit in bed or on desk chair. Nothing else available. Not worth the cost of $120+/night. Not much for breakfast but it was better than anticipated. Next time in the Fargo area, I’ll say else where. "

"This is a budget hotel, & it's good for the price. The only truly negative thing I/we have to say is regarding the bed frame. It's made of metal, & whenever we accidentally kicked it, it made a noise like a gong! Very annoying in the middle of the night!"

"One-of-a-kind lodging. Industrial location with very noisy rail line nearby. First floor marketplace is a treat and the free 6oz beer was fun. Decor in the room and overall is unique and extraordinary. If you need a lot of staff attention know that the check-in desk is the bartender and staff leaves the building at 10PM. Definitely worth a visit to check it out and I will stay there again next time I am in town overnight."

"The front desk attendant was nice, but everything else was not up to par. The room was filthy. Dead bugs on the walls, along with unknown substances in the beds, walls, floors and bedding/curtains. The smoke alarm was missing. The bathroom had dirty towels and hair all over the shower. The room didn't have a TV remote and when I went to get one, multiple people were hanging out both at and behind the counter. We left after 1 hour. Luckily I was able to get a refund. "

"What started out as a very nice “luxury” hotel in Fargo, The Jasper has declined significantly. Other than a very uncomfortable bed, we had no complaints about the room itself. However, we found the common areas in the front desk and lounge areas to be dirty and unkept. Table tops uncleaned, grimy floors, dirty windows, etc. Service at the bar and in the lounge areas was terrible. Workers in worn and dirty black t-shirts do not project a luxury vibe. Even so that could be overlooked if the staff was more interested in serving customers than they were in visiting with each other. Just an overall disappointing experience, especially when paying a premium hotel price. "
