We requested a quiet room and that’s what we got. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble Food was excellent for evening meal and breakfast So convenient to have good food in the hotel so we didn’t have to go out again. Fast as tic countryside views Ample parking Definitely stay here again

Everything was spot on and nothing was too much trouble for the staff without any doubt I will stay again when I visit Hereford

Convenience for Hereford and Ross on Wye.
Business overnight stay, nicely decorated main areas however the room I had is dated. The restaurant food and breakfast were excellent. Nice area out of town and quite with lovely views. Would stay again when visiting the area.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful, there was a slight issue when we booked in as our family room had been given to someone else with a similar name, but they found us new ones without any fuss

I visit the Pilgrim at least annually. The hotel is very good, the food is generally very good. It is a pleasant place to stay.

A good place to stay
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special mention for Trevor who went beyond the call of duty. Dinners were good. It is a nice place to stay.

Something like my fifth visit to the Pilgrim. The food is good, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and approachable. Overall very good.

A lovely stay with friendly staff
We were greeted with a very friendly welcome - I normally travel a lot for work and haven't been greeted with such friendliness at any hotel on a long time - its normally very formal and regimented so this was refreshing. The entire hotel was really clean and had so much character. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was lovely too.

OK. Tries to be a good quality hotel but needs just a little more work to become excellent. Staff good and ample parking. No fridge in room, or other niceties like safe. Needs a refurb in a lot of areas, looks very dated, and room locks are old style US ones. Breakfast is expensive for what you get, very limited choice and hot food is served to you, not buffet style which I much perfer. No fruit and little choice of cereals, also coffee not nice from machine. Evening meal food is good, tasty and well cooked.

Nice for a night but let down by noise
Fantastic service all round. Ate in the restaurant which was lovely. Good food, good atmosphere. The main thing that let it down was the sound insulation in the room. Literally heard conversations from the room below.

We stopped on the way home from Wales. We were in one of the recently refurbished rooms. Bed was really comfortable, staff really helped and food excellent. We will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It had everything we wanted for our stay. Food excellent . Staff helpful and friendly Location good. We was at the front of the hotel so found the traffic a bit noisy but i am a very light sleeper.

Overnight stay for work. Hotel contacted me to ask whether i wanted to book an evening meal which was very thoughtful. Check in was quick and easy. TV did not work in the room and room was changed quickly. Very polite and helpful staff.

A pleasant few days
A few days stay - comfortable beds pillows etc. Bathroom very dated but was told renovations planned. Friendly staff. Pleasant food.

Worth another visit.
We were very pleased with the Pilgrim Hotel. Room was a good size, clean, and comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and good shower. Breakfast was good and a there was a varied menu for evening meals. Staff very friendly and helpful.
