"The room is clean but very old, not as modern and shiny look as the lobby. Breakfast is awesome and has lots of choices, also very healthy and tasty. Staff is very helpful and responsive."
"Lovely Historic building and great location. Nice free parking lot which is rare in Greece. We were able just to leave the car parked and walk everywhere we went. Easy load in and out of hotel as well."
"The hotel is quite basic but clean, well decorated and maintained. The rooms were not huge but absolutely big enough with a good shower in the bathroom. We had a sea view which added to the experience. Traffic noise is a bit of a nuisance but with the window closed and the a/c running, the room did not overheat and the noise was all but inaudible. Staff were very helpful, breakfasts were buffet style but good choice. The location was excellent for visiting the sights of Heraklion."
"Nice hotel, clean, walking distance from everything. The only problem was our room was next to the cleaners cup card so the banging started around 7.30am and carried on most of the day when we came back in to rest"
"Decent hotel within walking distance of the old town, Venetian port as well as the central bus station. Very friendly staff and the the room was comfortable and had a nice large balcony, but the level of cleanliness was not ideal: when we arrived to our room there were hairs stuck in the pillow covers and sheets and the bathroom had some mold in the shower and dust on the toilet and sink. The towels however were clean and got changed every 2 days. The breakfast was tasty albeit quite limited in terms of options, however on the last day we had the surprise of finding mold on a rice pudding... So overall an okay experience and a very convenient location, although the hotel would definitely benefit from a higher level of attention when it comes to cleaning."
"Great reasonably priced option. I am a former local living abroad visiting and it’s super convenient, very good breakfast with a lovely view, comfortable, clean. Personnel is lovely. Likely staying here next time I need to stay in Heraklion again."
