"The staff was amazing to the gentleman who checked us in and the young lady working the breakfast room to the waitprs in the restaurant everyone was extremely helpful and kind! Room was clean! "Old town location. Parking lots are close to the hotel(150m walk to StS lots). Front desk staff were helpful. Good free beakfast. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping could do better, our bathtub had a bath ring, needs a good scrub! Asked staff to put our beds together to make up as a double and they didn't bother. Both nights we came back after a days out onbtours and the patio door was left open so we weren't happy with that."
