"Stayed for two nights and the staff are welcoming, the room was clean and quiet and walkable into the heart of York and the railway station.
There is a bar with entertainment which did not disturb me during my stay.

"Amazing stay for my partners birthday - had the option to add surprise balloons and gifts into the room prior arrival- wonderful option! Also upgraded us to the terrace + hot tub room for our second night and it really made the stay special - staff were wonderful, super thoughtful with the smaller touches, and couldn’t do enough for us, would stay here again in a heartbeat! A couple of small things: 1- It would have been nice to know there was a flight of narrow stairs to get to room, 2- Bathroom sink is blocked by overhanging cabinets, toothbrushing very difficult, 3- bathroom door drifts open against the bed unless closed and then the bathroom is very hot. Jacuzzi, warm but the hydro beds were not working.
Gym well equipped but old weight machines.
Staff were excellent, welcoming, accommodating and friendly.
Parking is excellent.
Room was spacious, lean and tidy however, the ironing board and iron do need replacing as stained quite badly so unuseable.
Easy to get into York as a bus stops almost outside and is only £2.50 single, takes approximately 20...
