"A quiet, clean room. My only complaint is not enough pillows. Only one per person on the bed. ( I usually travel with an extra but I forgot to bring on it this trip.) Otherwise, this hotel is always our preferred stay in Hope!"

"The individual who checked me in was very helpful and professional. Excellent service. The rooms are very economical, so expect the level of room you pay for. For example there was some kind of glass perhaps a "bread board" or something that was completely shattered when I checked in. Literally broken glass just left there. How that was not removed or replaced I have no idea. In the shower there was a ball of long hair that was missed from previous guests. The window blinds are thin, and it allowed a bright outside light to keep my room illuminated all night, so this affected my sleep. Good Internet and good parking."
