A KLM flight had cancelled, so many unexpected guests arrived. Staff apologized for check-in wait (5-10 mins maybe) and explained that the chef/cook was making a hot buffet for dinner, but would be offering 2 meals off the menu to order as well. They explained they had a more limited staff, but they did a GREAT job. The dinner buffet...

"Selv etter ekstra vask var det svarte hår på badet som gjorde opplevelsen litt ekkel. Ellers veldig fint hotell"

"Twin room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Difficult to control heat in the room though. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast included. Convenient location. Only stayed for 2 nights and it provided what I needed."

"Por mucho es el mejor hotel en el que he estado. Desde el recibimiento, la atención del personal, la decoración, la comida!! Hasta el olor del hotel hace que la estancia fuera una experiencia completa. Altamente recomendado!"

"Adequate facilities. Close enough to city centre."

"Do NOT listen to the people who have given this Hotel 1 or 2 stars, we have just come back from a four night stay and I have to say we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is centrally located minutes walk away from the centre, our room was huge, extra bedroom( ok no window ) but we didn’t even need to use it as we had two double beds in the main room plus a lovely seating area. Teas and coffee, hairdryer, ironing board, shampoo etc all provided. As for people complaining about the rooms not...

"Central location ten minute walk from all major attractions in Bergen. Hotel is the center of many events. There was a Christmas event the night we arrived. We had a safe of great Norwegian, hot chocolate with cream. The breakfast is unbelievable. Everything you can think of at a superb quality level. I haven’t seen a breakfast like that one in a long time. Highly recommend the hotel."
