Der Check-in war freundlich und schnell...der Pool ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Saunalandschaft ist sehr schön und es ist für jeden was dabei. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und der Service war gut und auch der Kaffee fürs Zimmer war kein Problem.

Hervorragendes Hotel

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und das Check In war zügüg. Das Zimmer entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen. Das Hotelpersonal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ein Traum! Ein Angebot von mehreren Saunen und einem Schwimmbecken rundeten unseren Aufenthalt zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit ab. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für diesen super Urlaub!!! Van de prettige ontvangst aan de receptie tot en met het vertrek de volgende ochtend hadden mijn vrouw en ik een uitstekend verblijf in het Panoramahotel in Heimbuchenthal. 's Avonds hebben we kunnen eten op het terras met prachtig uitzicht over het dal en zeer attente bediening. De kamer was ruim en schoon, precies zoals we het graag willen hebben. Kortom: voor herhaling vatbaar.

alles in allem ganz okay aber das Abendessen bzw. der Salat bestand mehr als die Hälfte von Dosen und aus dem Glas. Es hat nicht so lecker geschmeckt, als ich die Kellnerin daraufhin angesprochen habe, ob sie den Salat nicht frisch zubereiten können hieß es leider, dass er immer so gemacht wird. Naja... Das Frühstück hingegen war eine wucht alles was man gesucht hat, hat man gefunden. Nette und freundliche Kellnerinnen, auf wünsche wurde schnellstmöglich reagiert.

Guter Aufenthalt und ruhig.

Schöner Panoramablick, gutes Frühstück mit Eierspeisen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind gut und der Balkon echt toll. Nicht so gut ist, das man kein Fenster zum öffnen hat! Es gibt nur eine große Glasschiebetür zum Balkon. Ebenso finde ich eine Flasche Wasser auf den Zimmer sollte schon sein, gibt es in nahezu allen Hotels auch wenn manchmal kostenpflichtig Der Gastraum ist wirklich schön eingerichtet.
