"We didn't like the first room we were given but the manager immediately gave us a different room which was much better. She was very friendly and clearly was doing her best to satisfy us. We very much appreciated her efforts."

"We had a room in the annex and it was excellent, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was a bit high at €20 per person per meal but it was very complete. Very little room to park to get bags out and paking is a couple of blocks away. €38.50 for two nights parking not at the hotel is terrible. I would suggest the hotel find guest parking nearer and lowered cost for their guests. A great city to visit but high cost of parking+city tax+high cost of breakfast+hotel price makes it feel like you've been...

"Large spacious room, was clean upon arrival."

"A very nice hotel with a superb location and very good breakfast. I would gladly return"

"Efficient and friendly. Nice room and easily accessible to old town and restaurants. Kudos!"

"Hotel is very close to main station and easy to move to other cities."

"Excellent location and very clean room. Grateful for the fresh snacks upon arrival."

"Quiet room with nice view of the Neckar River."

"Schöne Zimmer. Fantastische Bar. Leider nicht das gewünschte Upgrade erhalten."
