"A lovely place to stay at the foot of Heidelberg Castle. The staff was very warm and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. Beds comfortable. Convenient location in Alstadt with transit out front to Hbf. "

"The room was clean but there were some things I would've expected to be better. I got an upgrade to an apartment instead of a studio. In this apartment there were multiple things that were not working well. Like the dishwasher never really washed the dishes and randomly shut off and turn on again. The airco was also not working properly, even at the lowest temperature it did not really cool down the room. I've been here before in a studio and then my experience as a lot better. So I think it will probably be an issue of this specific apartment. The rest of the stay was fine. Good breakfast and lovely staff"
