"The view was phenomenal. We were there in late October and were able to see all the autumn colours. The food at the onsite Bistro was excellent. Be sure to reserve your spot early. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. So yes, it's slightly awkward to walk out of your room directly into the dining room where people may...

"The air conditioning HVAC system is very loud when it kicks on. It makes a loud noise. Also, the bathrooms could use a refreshment, not necessarily a total makeover, but some improvements to refresh. Also, no coffee maker in the room by coffee is available in the lobby. The dark plum comforter on the bed is a nice touch maybe , but would prefer a lighter color as these dark colors can hide stains and what not."

"Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The property felt dated and run-down, and the cleanliness was below what we expected. It needs a thorough cleaning and better upkeep. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend ,the Longhouse Manor, plus seeing all the deer was a bonus. We liked that it was very close to the town. The cleanliness was a big part of why we stayed here. Don’t pass this place up!!"

"Good and affordable for one night stay."

"The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin!"

"2 night getaway to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Beautiful location that was very quiet and cozy that made it feel like we had the entire place to ourselves. Loved the outdoor seating areas with fire pits and direct access to Taughannock Falls State Park. The continental breakfast & our anniversary dinner was perfect! We stayed in the Lakeview building adjacent to main Inn building. Room was beautiful that offered a wonderful view of Cayuga Lake. Compliments to the entire staff...

"This was the second time we’ve stay at the Gothic Inn . It’s a beautiful Inn everything is done with great care . The breakfast is delicious so don’t miss it. The setting is gorgeous."

"The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

"Great breakfast and the location for a Finger Lakes Winery tour was perfect. Short walking distance to many good dining options."
