"Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!"

"Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful.
Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area).
Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels."

"Not a lot of options in the area. However, the room smelled of cigarettes, window had a large crack in the glass, no toilet paper was in the room. Looks like it wasn’t even swept or mopped. "The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...

"We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night!...

"This place is disgusting, smelly, and unsanitary. I stayed one of my three nights and left. Tried to get a refund for the two days I did not stay due to the conditions of the room and hotel and they refused to help their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS, AND LIKE DIRTY, SMELLY ROOMS. "Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....
