"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was large, cool, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a bath, but no plug! They were working on the WiFi so we were not able to connect to it in our room. The TV signal was erratic. We booked a buffet breakfast but all that was actually available were variations on a cooked breakfast, or Toast & Jam. "There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?"

"The property was conveniently located and the paid shuttle to and from the airport frequent. My experience checking in was less than pleasant. The female on duty was quite rude and certainly not inclined to assist when I asked two questions. If she enjoyed her job it certainly wasn’t evident. Perhaps some staff training might be in order."

"I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. For £180 for 2 people for 1 night I could have stayed somewhere with a/c, a swimming pool &...

Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Overall a great experience. "
