"What a fantastic stay at Africamps Mackers in Hazyview. Not only is the location breathtaking, but the accommodation is perfectly crafted for a glamping experience. It had everything we needed. We had the best time and are definitely Africamp fans. "
"This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "
"An absolutely wonderful place. The house is beautiful and spacious. Good amenities. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this place. "
"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant (G’s) is good. There is also a lapa area where they do a traditional braai (think bbq on steroids) and a river area you can walk to. All the staff we met were extremely...
"Ricky the host is very wellcoming person; very kind and helpfull. She gave me a lift from and to the taxy rank. She also organised a morning safari into the Krüger National Park for me. I enjoyed my stay in the Chalet which stays in a beautifull park. And the swimmig pool is great. Big enough to swim in it. "

"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."
"Room was spotless, staff were amazing. Beautiful location and our safaris booked through the resort could not have been better.
We had a massage at the spa and a pedicure which were both also very good.
All in all we had the most fantastic time and I can’t wait to come back. "
"The photos dont do this property justice. secluded and quite with the sabie river running along side the villas and restaurants its just paradise. We stayed in the family Villa and it was breathtaking. The whole family went to the spa and had messages whilst listening to the river running by. it was the perfect way to end our trip to Kruger with some luxurious R&R."
" I want to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent stay at your property.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and we arrived around 7:00 PM for a one-night stay. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities as planned. However, I had a conversation with the receptionist, and she kindly agreed to grant us a late check-out. Since we were scheduled for a safari in Kruger Park the next morning, this was very much appreciated. We left for the safari at 5:30 AM and returned around 12:30 PM. Upon checking in at the reception, we were informed that we needed to vacate our room by 1:00 PM. This meant we only had about half an hour to pack up and shower, which felt rushed, especially after an early start. At exactly 1:00 PM, while I was in the shower, the receptionist repeatedly called my room, threatening to charge extra fees unless I left the room immediately. I was left with wet hair and was forced to carry my clothes in my hands, all while struggling to pack up my belongings and get to my car. This level of urgency and lack of consideration was completely unacceptable, especially after the understanding we had regarding the late check-out. Given the significant amount of money we spent on this stay, this experience was extremely disappointing. I have never encountered such poor service and a lack of empathy at a hotel. Safari was overpriced and lacked experience of the park and the truck they used was overheating"
