"Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again."

"We really enjoyed our night here. The owners and their staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend."

"Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Location for the bus and the Gosport ferry was excellent. I would stay here again"

"ロケーションについて：駅前とまではいきませんが、徒歩圏内（国鉄？・バス）と移動に大変便利。 ただ、チェックアウトの際に荷物預けを頼んだら、有償(2￡)かかったのは残念。 ほかはスタッフの対応、食事＆バーなど素晴らしい。"

"Extremely close to the Historic Dockyard. Good breakfast and the bar and service was very nice."

"部屋も清潔で家族4人安心して泊まることができました。徒歩2分の距離にcoopがありますのでとても便利です。もちろん部屋には水やスナック、コーヒーや紅茶のサービスがありました。満足しています。"

"Staff were lovely"

"The room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We were vvery well looked after."

Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

"Excellent facilities. Very spacious. Very helpful and personable owners."

"Lovely position and view. Wonderful breakfast."

"Had a lovely 1 night break with family, the staff were so accommodating to our needs. Amazing buffet breakfast & good carparking facilities"

Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. When we entered the room we discovered that the hand soap was empty. Later when we went to shower we found that the shower soap was also empty and that we only had...

"We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself."
