"The best hotel experience I’ve ever had- beautiful, aesthetic, polished- Honestly, if any one says anything different they’ll never be satisfied! Loved every minute, down to the chocolates by the bed. I even forgot my medicine at home, and the on site pharmacy called my home pharmacy and had it transferred and ready for pick up in 2 hours! 10/10 Chef’s Kiss! "

"The best thing about Hotel Eleo was its staff. The bed wasn't so bad either. But the worst thing was that horrible Nespresso coffee maker. When first booking the room and seeing the amenities, I ordered my favorite coffee in a Nespresso pod to use. Terrible. Foamy and bitter - no matter which brand of coffee used. But the nearness to Shands was such a plus and the availability of the shuttle service to the hospital 24/7 certainly outweighed the bad coffee. And with the Opus coffee kiosk in the hospital lobby, I was ok. I had breakfast one day and then lunch another day at the restaurant there. Both were great. And William, the bartender/server made me feel as if we were old friends. If a visit to Shands was ever in the future, I would stay at the Eleo again...but I'd pack my little Keurig!
