"Checked into my room and there were absolutely no towels, the mini-fridge was missing and the bathroom sink faucet was not tightly held to the counter (I could move the base of it side to side and needed both hands, one to hold it and one to turn it on to use it). I contacted the front desk and was moved to a different room which didn't have any bar soap for handwashing in the bathroom and was missing a bathmat and several towels. There were wrappers under the pull out sofa bed and under the bed next to the wood that's suppose to prevent items from getting underneath the bed. Lastly, the ice machine was not working, and the closest one would have taken me two floors up or two floors down which was inconvenient. I have always had pretty good luck, but this stay was an exception to that average. The staff have always been nice and helpful when they could be and being able to have my dogs stay with me keeps me coming back. "

"Stayed for one night passing through. The room was reasonably priced and in a great location. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was hot and delicious. 24 hour coffee made me so happy. The picnic tables outside gave us a chance to get some fresh air and sunshine. Great stay! "

"The doors on the backside and sides of the hotel were left unlocked and could not be monitored by staff. There were no coffee makers in the rooms. Cigarette buts, a pair of old boots, and other trash was littered all around the property. Lastly, the outside power did not work. That was the bad. The good; staff was kind and curious The rooms were immaculate. The water was hot with a really nice shower head."

"The hotel staff was very nice. However, I found the supervisor to be a bit rude. The place definitely needs updating; but the property was very clean and my grandchildren had a fun time at the waterpark. They need to replace the plastic lattice that separates the baby pool from the deep end. There is a hole in it that a child can fit through."
